Kollam

I always believe in making memories. Memories make you nostalgic, when you turn your pages of life. When you are creating memories with the team you most cherish, then it will be icing on the cake. It is even more special trip because we were in God's own country. It was one of our best friend's marriage and he arranged resort, boat house and food.


Resort :

We left Bangalore Friday night and we reached the resort Saturday morning. Arun, the bride groom received us in Kollam, from where we went to resort which is in outskirts of the city. Arun has already ordered breakfast, by the time we got refreshed. We roamed around the resort. It was surrounded by trees and the perfect place to spend your holiday. Even swimming pool was clean and we had fun getting into water.

Our first destination was Kollam boat house. It was my first experience in boat house. For few it was not. We started around 12 and we ended till 4 in the evening. We were hungry and food was really good. We loved the hospitality here.

Kollam beach (Mahatma Gandhi beach)

Kollam beach is one of the best beaches in Kerala. Getting into water is risky and many people have died here. There is a board warning the incidents happened here.We spent few minutes here till the sun set and then we left to Arun's house where we had typical Kerala cuisine. I loved the food.

Next day, after attending marriage, we left to Bangalore. Kollam turned out to be our Gang's reunion even though many people missed it. I remember this trip for the hospitality shown by Arun's family.
